Voters are from today able to verify their names on voter lists electronically.
The new service is now available on the official www.vote.bh elections website.
Voters need only to enter their ID numbers to validate eligibility.
Voters will be able to inquire about their electoral constituencies, submit requests for change and correct their data in a manner that does not require personal attendance through 77277277.
The lists will also be displayed on electronic screens besides papers at the four supervision centres for a week until September 21, from 5pm to 9pm.
The four supervisory committees distributed across the kingdom’s governorates are: Khawla Secondary School for Girls in the Capital Governorate, Al Hidaya Al Khalifiya Secondary School for Boys in the Muharraq Governorate, Yathrib Intermediate School for Girls in the Northern Governorate and Al Mustaqbal Primary School for Girls in the Southern Governorate.
Bahrain is to hold parliamentary and municipal elections on November 12.
