BAHRAIN is shining brightly in vibrant reds, whites and more in celebration of the Season of Festivities programme, that comprises events and activities for families to enjoy. The ‘Festive Lights’ was launched on December 8 by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority as part of its programme being staged in various locations across Bahrain throughout this month.
It’s being held in collaboration with the Capital, Muharraq, Northern and Southern Governorates. The lights, which will twinkle in an array of colours, will frame various locations representing the Season of Festivities’ identity and celebrating Bahrain’s National Day.
Among the locations that will be lit up are Shaikh Khalifa Al Kabeer Highway, Airport Avenue, Al Ghous highway, Hidd intersection, Rayya Highway in Muharraq Governorate, 16th December Avenue, Riffa clock tower roundabout, Isa Town, Zallaq Avenue, CP Avenue and Riffa road.
Other areas include Adliya Block 338, Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Highway, King Faisal Highway, King Fahad Causeway, Saar Avenue 13, CP roundabout and Hamad Town southern entrance in the Northern Governorate.
