Dairy products price hike by Saudi company infuriates consumers in Bahrain
Some cold stores sell local milk in plastic bags. Hope these local dairies make a community group and bring the product to the market in better packs following Health Ministry’s guidelines.
@abdullarias
We already stopped buying this product, we have good quality suppliers in Bahrain.
@sbn_kmn_holding
No more #almarai for me!
@sujahat
Every year the price of the products are increasing, but our salary is the same.
Lovirina Monteiro
Buy another brand.
Faruq Colin Silveira
GDN, I’m waiting for your post, saying: ‘A recent increase in salary’.
Riz Riz
Don’t buy Almarai products because prices are always increasing.
M.D. Mohd
Switch to farm or local brands.

BD22,000 payout for parents who lost their twin babies due to medical negligence
BD22,000? That’s no compensation.
@nats.about.life
Ridiculous amount to make up for a tragic negligence.
@emi0886
Are you kidding me? No amount in the world can compensate for this loss. Such doctors should be fined in millions and their licences should be revoked. Moreover, their names should be made public in news worldwide and such doctors should not be allowed to practise ever again. This is not a mistake, it’s a blunder. My prayers for the parents. May Allah grant them immense strength and patience to deal with this irreplaceable loss. Aameen.

Safety alert for motorists as rains continue
Most people drive very fast even during rains. Be careful, reduce speed while driving.
@thief.of.bahrain
Double-check your car, slow down, be a mindful driver, keep safe distances, defog your windows, use windshield wipers, do not brake or turn the wheels during a hydroplane, avoid pools of water, avoid cruise control and be mindful at intersections. You’re responsible for others’ safety too...
@substantivetitivatepanache
Respected drivers, for your kind attention, slow down. Wet roads are very dangerous, your vehicle’s reaction time is much slower when it’s raining. Turn on your headlights, use your windshield wipers, maintain a safe distance between cars, avoid heavy braking, watch out for standing water and ventilate your car.
Whether you’re educated or not. God has given you some common sense, use it and be a responsible driver.
