The Nightingale of South India last night enchanted audiences during a special concert at the Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam’s (BKS) Diamond Jubilee Hall in Segaya. K S Chithra, who has become a mainstay in the kingdom’s expatriate cultural scene, performed a set list packed with favourites and a few special surprises in her mother tongue of Malayalam, with a few medleys of Hindi and fusion music .
