A flag-hoisting ceremony was held at the Indian Embassy complex in Seef District earlier today, as the country marked its 74th Republic Day.
Indian Ambassador Piyush Srivastava hoisted the tricolour and read out Indian President Droupadi Murmu’s address to the nation.
The event was attended by members of the Indian community.
