World-famous educational entertainment character ‘Blippi’ is set to be part of the ongoing Bahrain Summer Toy Festival this year.
The beloved character played by American children’s entertainer Clayton Grimm will be at Exhibition World Bahrain in Sakhir on July 23 from 4pm to 7pm.
“The hosting of Blippi comes as part of the festival’s efforts to provide a comprehensive and unique experience for children visiting BSF, through diversifying its events, entertainment programmes and musical performances,” a BTEA statement said yesterday.
“Blippi is known for his educational videos on YouTube and will be meeting Bahrain Summer Festival visitors, while holders of fast-track tickets will have the opportunity to take souvenir photos with him.”
The Bahrain Summer Toy Festival is a part of the Bahrain Summer Festival (BSF), which is being organised by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) in strategic partnership with Al Dana Amphitheatre and National Bank of Bahrain, in co-operation with pan-Arab satellite television channel Spacetoon, and is set to run from July 23 to August 27.
The festival will feature a variety of events, including concerts, plays, musicals, comedy shows and family-friendly activities.
