A telephone call was held between His Majesty King Hamad and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
His Majesty and President Putin reviewed close bilateral relations and co-operation between the two countries, and ways to further develop them across all domains in support of their shared interests.
They also discussed regional and international developments, exchanging views on evolving events in the region and their repercussions on regional and global security and stability, including their impact on freedom of navigation, energy security, and the global economy.
They affirmed the importance of working together to reinforce security, stability, and peace in the region and across the world for the benefit of all peoples.
