Arab Diplomatic Corps Dean and Bahrain’s Ambassador to Syria Waheed Mubarak Sayyar attended the opening session of the Syrian People’s Assembly for the fourth legislative term, at the invitation of the Syrian Foreign Ministry. President Bashar Al Assad in his speech stressed the role of the legislative authority and the members of the assembly in the next phase. The session was attended by Syrian People’s Assembly members, government officials, ambassadors and a number of Syrian political and media figures.
