Bank ABC, a leading regional bank renowned for its trade finance expertise, has been recognised with the prestigious ‘Best Trade Finance Bank in the Middle East’ award at the Global Trade Review (GTR) Leaders in Trade Awards 2024.
The award, presented at a ceremony in London, acknowledges Bank ABC’s outstanding contributions to the trade finance industry and its commitment to facilitating trade flows across the Mena region and beyond.
Bank ABC Group chief executive Sael Al Waary expressed pride in the bank’s transaction banking team for their innovation and hard work, which have led to significant business growth and global recognition.
“This award underscores Bank ABC’s continued commitment to serving as a catalyst of global trade and economic prosperity through the delivery of highly tailored financing solutions,” Mr Al Waary stated.
The jury’s decision was influenced by the bank’s remarkable growth in core business and digital transformation initiatives, including the launch of its corporate portal and digital supply chain and documentary trade platforms.
Earlier this year, Global Finance also recognised Bank ABC as the ‘Best Trade Finance Provider in the Middle East’ at the World’s Best Trade Finance Awards 2024.
