The Education Ministry has launched an electronic services platform and application – EDUSIS – for government school students as part of its efforts to advance the digital transformation of its services.
The ministry said that the pilot initiative aims to provide a comprehensive digital environment that facilitates easier access to academic services and student data.
It is designed to assist students in managing their time, planning and staying updated on the academic year.
During this phase, the platform offers several key features. The student profile displays basic information such as name, personal number, grade level and contact details, allowing students to verify and update their data when necessary. Additionally, the platform provides an updated view of daily class schedules, enabling students to track their lessons effectively.
The platform also includes an exam timetable feature, which displays dates and subjects for final examinations, particularly for secondary students. Students can further review their attendance records through a dedicated tracker and receive instant notifications on important updates, such as changes to exam schedules or other developments.
In the next phase, the platform will introduce a feature to view academic results, enabling students to access their grades easily through the platform and application. Access to the platform is available through each student’s dedicated Microsoft365 school account.
Students can try the platform by visiting sis.moe.gov.bh or downloading the EDUSIS.BH app from app stores.
