Riyadh - Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Albudaiwi received here today Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications of Bahrain Dr. Shaikh Abdullah Al Khalifa.
The two officials discussed ways to strengthen Gulf cooperation in transportation and telecommunications, as well as the digital transformation efforts of GCC countries, all aimed at advancing the visions and goals of the member states in these areas.
Albudaiwi commended the Bahraini Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications for its efforts to advance Gulf cooperation and improve digital infrastructure, thereby boosting the competitiveness of GCC states and supporting the transition to a sustainable digital economy.
