A SENIOR UAE official has paid his respects to a civilian contractor with the UAE Armed Forces who was killed in an Iranian attack on Bahrain.
Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes’ Affairs deputy chairman and International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council chairman Shaikh Theyab bin Mohamed attended the mourning majlis in Abu Dhabi yesterday and extended deepest sympathies and condolences to the family of Mohammed Aznibla, The National newspaper reported.
Shaikh Theyab called for ‘the martyr to be enveloped in boundless mercy, and for his family and loved ones to be granted strength, patience and solace’.
The fatal attack also injured five defence ministry personnel.
