As Ramadan blessings filled the air, Hilton Bahrain embraced the joyous Gergaoun tradition with a special celebration at The Dome by stc, a new venue adjacent to the hotel.
Building on last year’s success, the hotel welcomed the children of the Bahrain Down Syndrome Society once again, together with the support of Juniors Club Bahrain, a group of dedicated mothers from the Juffair community.
“Families, children and team members of Hilton Bahrain shared in a truly heartwarming experience,” said one attendee.
A delightful array of snacks and traditional treats were distributed by the Hilton Bahrain team and the Juniors Club Bahrain mums, adding to the festive atmosphere.
“Lively music filled the air, inspiring moments of joyful dancing and shared happiness. This celebration was more than just an event; it was a beautiful gathering that fostered a sense of belonging and created cherished memories for everyone present, emphasising the importance of inclusivity and shared joy,” said a Hilton Bahrain representative.
“It’s often said that children learn inclusivity from an early age and Hilton Bahrain is deeply honoured to provide a space where our community can practise and experience this beautiful value,” said Hilton Bahrain general manager Tamer Farouk.
Bahrain Down Syndrome Society executive manager Ahmed Al Ali said: “We are delighted to see a reputable establishment such as Hilton Bahrain supporting the Down Syndrome Society’s traditional yearly Gergaoun initiatives and providing such joyful moments, allowing people with Down syndrome to have fun and create cherished memories for them.”
