HIS Majesty King Hamad attended a dinner banquet hosted in his honour by King Charles of the United Kingdom, on the occasion of His Majesty’s attendance of the Royal Windsor Horse Show.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Majesty’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs and National Security Adviser Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Supreme Council for Youth and Sports first deputy chairman, General Sports Authority chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa were present.
His Majesty and King Charles discussed the close historical ties between the two royal families, as well as the long-standing friendship and strong strategic partnership between Bahrain and the United Kingdom.
He wished King Charles abundant health and the United Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
