HIS Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday attended a lunch banquet hosted by Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, the King of Malaysia, for the leaders of the delegations participating in the second Asean-GCC Summit and the inaugural Asean-GCC-China Summit.
HRH Prince Salman led Bahrain’s delegation to the summits on behalf of His Majesty King Hamad.
He commended the excellent organisation of the two summits, underlining their importance to enhancing c-oordination between all parties, in line with common aspirations.
HRH Prince Salman also discussed topics of mutual interest with the heads of delegations participating in the two summits, particularly those related to developing relations between Bahrain and their countries, as well as regional and international developments.
