The Bahrain Defence Force Royal Medical Services' King Hamad University Hospital carried out a chemical Decontamination Drill today.
The drill was carried out to ensure readiness and preparedness in dealing with incidents by enhancing co-operation with the relevant authorities.

Training exercises such as this are regularly held by the Royal Medical Services, in co-operation with the authorities, to ensure readiness whether for evacuation purposes or to receive a large number of patients during emergencies.
The drill aimed to assess the level of preparedness and the speed of the response staff in order to improve and enhance emergency response capabilities.
