The new 2026 Ford Territory was showcased recently at a family event held at the Ford showroom in Sitra, offering customers a fresh blend of technology, design and value.
A variety of fun activities and stands, including an ice cream truck, face painting, a clown making balloon animals, an artificial intelligence (AI) photo booth and a digital matching game offered a chance for visitors to win prizes.
Almoayyed Motors, a division of Y K Almoayyed & Sons (YKA), is the exclusive distributor of Ford and Lincoln vehicles in Bahrain.
One of the best-selling SUVs in its segment, the Ford Territory returns with a refreshed look that’s both rugged and refined. The new model boasts a redesigned front end, full LED lighting and a choice of 18- or 19-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the Territory steps up its game with a smarter, more intuitive cabin. Drivers are greeted by dual 12.3-inch screens with split-screen capability, along with seamless smartphone integration via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, both wired and wireless.
It’s a high-tech interior designed to keep modern families and connected commuters at ease.
Powering the 2026 model is a 1.8-litre EcoBoost turbocharged engine that delivers 188 horsepower and 320Nm of torque. Paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission, the Territory offers a dynamic driving experience that doesn’t compromise on fuel efficiency.
Ford has also improved cabin comfort, with enhanced seat padding, wider headrests and new fast-charging USB and Type-C ports to keep all devices powered on the go.
Safety remains a top priority. The 2026 Territory introduces Lane Centring Control for the first time, adding to an already impressive suite of driver-assistance features including Adaptive Cruise Control and Blind Spot Monitoring.
The vehicle is backed by a five-year warranty and five years of roadside assistance across the GCC region, giving drivers added confidence wherever they travel.
