Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) secretary-general Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa expressed his pride in the 24th anniversary of the Decree issued by His Majesty King Hamad, the honourary president of the RHF, which established the Orphan Sponsorship Committee that later evolved into the RHF.Shaikh Ali highlighted that this national occasion laid the foundations of a solid humanitarian approach to caring for orphans and widows, in line with a comprehensive royal vision for charitable and humanitarian work in the kingdom .
