Youth Affairs Minister Rawan Tawfiqi, in meeting with UN deputy secretary general and Chair of the UN Sustainable Development Group Amina J Mohammed discussed aspects of joint co-operation in youth development and capacity building, as well as means to benefit from UN expertise in supporting youth participation and enabling their contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
The minister also met UN’s Youth Affairs assistant secretary general Felipe Paullier on the sidelines of the high level meeting commemorating the 30th anniversary of the World Programme of Action for Youth .
