The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) has expanded its support for Bahraini businesses by adding DOO, a local AI-powered platform specialising in customer experience, to its list of approved service providers under the Digital Enablement Programme.
This move allows enterprises to immediately access DOO’s advanced services through the programme’s first track, which partners with approved providers to offer innovative, productivity-boosting tools fully supported by Tamkeen.
DOO’s platform is engineered to improve customer engagement and boost sales by offering a comprehensive suite of four core AI services. These services include an AI-Powered Virtual Assistant for immediate customer support, a CRM AI Chatbot for seamless interaction and data integration, an AI Marketing Tool to drive targetted campaigns, and Predictive AI Analytics to forecast trends and optimise business strategies. Together, these tools provide enterprises with the technology to deliver personalised, efficient, and data-driven customer experiences.
These tools enable the automation of personalised, multilingual responses across applications like WhatsApp and Instagram, providing brand-aligned support. This functionality is expected to significantly reduce operational costs, improve service quality, and enhance the overall customer experience for local companies.
Tamkeen chief growth officer Khalid Al Bayat welcomed the collaboration, reaffirming its importance in supporting Bahraini enterprises to achieve growth, digitalisation, and sustainability – a key strategic priority for 2025.
“We’re proud to add a leading Bahraini company to our network of approved providers... Having followed their journey from inception to growth, it is truly rewarding to now count them among our valued partners,” Mr Al Bayat said.
The Digital Enablement Programme aligns with Tamkeen’s broader 2025 strategy focused on strengthening the competitiveness of Bahrainis and private sector enterprises through digitalisation and ecosystem support.
