A man, aged 25, has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a 19-year-old person following a quarrel on Malkiya Beach, the Interior Ministry said last night.
The Northern Governorate Police Directorate said that initial investigations indicated that the incident occurred due to a personal dispute between the two men .
