Foreign Minister Dr Abdullatif Al Zayani has highlighted Bahrain’s commitment to maintaining its long-standing and constructive co-operation with the United Nations. On the occasion of United Nations Day, celebrated this year under the theme ‘United Nations at 80: Let’s Build Our Future Together’, the minister emphasised the kingdom’s active role in multilateral efforts to promote peace and security, protect human rights and advance sustainable development in line with the 2030 Agenda and the ‘Pact for the Future’ .
