Key amendments to the 2002 Tenders, Auctions, Purchases and Sales Law to enhance flexibility, transparency and efficiency in public procurement will be debated and voted on by MPs on Tuesday.
Among the most significant changes is the increase in the maximum financial limits for ministries and state-owned companies to conduct independent tenders and purchases without direct oversight by the Tender Board .
