PARLIAMENT yesterday rejected a proposal to amend Bahrain’s Central Bank and Financial Institutions Law of 2006 that would have allowed individuals to erase settled debts from their credit reports.
The proposed amendment, submitted by MP Mohammed Al Marafi, sought to add a new clause (d) to Article (68 bis Three) of the existing law .
