I CONGRATULATE the Muharraq Municipal Council for thinking of the obvious – shade – and in particular, shade for the children.
The Romans, in Syria, using Syrian engineers, built massive structures to shade vast areas facilitating commerce and trade, in various Syrian cities, over 2,000 years ago!
