Alba, the world’s largest aluminium smelter on one site, has become the first aluminium smelter globally in the last five years to achieve the prestigious British Safety Council (BSC) 5-Star certification.
Alba chief executive Ali Al Baqali announced the milestone during his keynote presentation, ‘Setting the Global Benchmark,’ at the 26th Arab International Aluminium Conference (Arabal) in Dubai .
