The Transport and Telecommunications (MTT) Ministry has shared a video on its portal announcing the launch of the new maritime line between Qatar and Bahrain that starts today.
A delegation from Bahrain held discussions with Qatar's Ministry of Transport, regarding preparations for the new service, in September.
The dialogue took place during a visit to Al Ruwais Port, which is a significant part of the maritime connectivity project aimed at enhancing transportation between the two nations, according to media reports in Qatar.
The primary focus of the visit was to review the designated route and facilities intended for passenger use.
