The Director-General of Anti-Corruption, Economic and Electronic Security stated that Ibrahim Sharif Al Sayed Abdulrahim has been arrested for spreading false news on social media platforms and making offensive remarks against a brotherly Arab country and its leaders.
He added that necessary legal procedures are being taken against him .
