Kuwait Journalists’ Association chairman, board member of the Gulf Federation of Journalists (GFJ) and chairman of the GFJ’s dispute resolution and freedoms committee Adnan Al Rashed expressed gratitude to the Bahrain government, people and institutions for the continuous support of GFJ.
He also paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad for the generous royal initiative to establish a headquarters for Bahrain Journalists Association (BJA) and allocate part of it to serve as GFJ headquarters.
This came during the opening of the fourth GCC Women Journalists’ Forum held yesterday in Kuwait under the theme “The Gulf Narrative of Women in Journalism and Media: Achievements, Challenges, and Future Plans”, our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej reported.
