A Jordanian woman has filed for divorce after her husband allegedly became obsessed with the idea that he was Batman.
According to court documents, the man began exhibiting unusual behaviour, claiming he was on 'secret missions' whenever he saw what he believed to be a 'bat signal'.
He would reportedly leave home in the middle of the night and return hours later, behaving as if nothing had happened.
The woman stated that her husband insisted they watch only Batman-related content on television and that his actions left her feeling frightened and unsafe.
Seeking refuge, she fled to her family’s home before initiating legal proceedings.
