His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, delegated Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa to attend the reception hosted by the Embassy of Oman on the occasion of Oman’s National Day. Upon arrival, he was received by Omani Ambassador Faisal bin Hareb Al Busaidi.
Shaikh Khalid conveyed the congratulations of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Oman’s Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, and the Omani people. He highlighted the historical relations, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad and Sultan Haitham.
Shaikh Khalid noted the growing economic and investment co-operation between the two countries, noting the establishment of the Oman-Bahrain Investment Company as a milestone in economic integration.
