BBK has announced a special set of exclusive mortgage financing offers that will be available only during Cityscape Bahrain 2025, which began yesterday at Exhibition World Bahrain.
The bank is inviting customers to take advantage of these competitive offers, tailored to support Bahraini families aspiring to own dream homes through accessible and value-driven financing solutions, till Saturday.
The exclusive mortgage financing offers will remain valid throughout the five days of the exhibition, and eligibility will be to customers who receive on-the-spot approval to acquire a new property or transfer their mortgage loans at the BBK stand during the event.
Through the campaign, BBK will provide mortgage financing at highly competitive interest rates, starting from an annual percentage rate- APR- of 3.99 per cent with repayment periods of up to 30 years.
In addition, a cash gift of BD3,000 will be granted to all customers who obtain their mortgage approval during the exhibition. Along with mortgage financing, BBK will also be offering instant home insurance services available via its Secura umbrella of insurance products at premium rates starting as low as BD20 per annum. The insurance products are available even for customers who don’t need any financing.

With regards to financing under the national social housing programmes, customers eligible for the Tas’heel, Tas’heel+, Mazaya and New Mazaya Category schemes can also benefit from the distinctive advantages offered by the bank, which include additional preferential interest rates, flexible repayment terms and expedited approvals. Customers who secure their mortgage financing during the exhibition will also receive a gift of BD3,000.
