His Majesty King Hamad yesterday sent a cable of congratulations to UAE President Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the 54th anniversary of UAE’s National Day.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, also sent cables of congratulations to Shaikh Mohammed; UAE Vice-President, Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler Shaikh
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; and Vice-President, Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Court Chairman Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Parliament Speaker Ahmed Al Musallam sent a cable of congratulations to UAE Federal National Council Speaker Saqr Ghobash on UAE National Day.
Mr Al Musallam attributed this progress to the unwavering support of His Majesty, and Shaikh Mohammed.
He also commended the efforts of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Shura Council Chairman Ali Saleh Al Saleh sent a similar cable of congratulations to Mr Ghobash.
