Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Yasser Humaidan met European Union Special Representative for the Gulf Luigi Di Maio.
The meeting was attended by the European Union Ambassador and members of the accompanying delegation.
They reviewed areas of co-operation and means to further develop them across relevant sectors, in a manner that supports strategic partnership and enhances the exchange of expertise and knowledge.
Mr Humaidan highlighted Bahrain’s commitment to strengthening co-operation with international partners and advancing existing partnerships to support knowledge transfer and the adoption of innovative solutions in the energy and water sectors, in line with sustainable development goals.
