Police in Fujairah, UAE, have arrested a 23-year-old Moroccan woman after a video of her brandishing a large sword during National Day celebrations went viral on social media.
Footage circulating online shows the woman waving the sword in a crowded area and attempting to sheath it in her pants.
She was arrested and authorities described her actions as a dangerous violation of societal norms and public safety laws.
According to Gulf News, the woman allegedly stabbed an Asian man during the incident. The victim was taken to hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
