CLAW BBQ, the renowned American Southern-style BBQ, grill and crabshack concept, is coming to Hilton Bahrain, with its grand opening scheduled for Sunday on the hotel’s 44th floor in Juffair, marking the brand’s latest expansion.
The concept, already a favourite in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and Doha, is set to become one of the kingdom’s most anticipated new dining and social destinations.
To kick off the launch, celebrations will begin with a CLAW BBQ Parade led by Bahrain Bikers, who will ride from Hilton Bahrain through Manama and Adliya before returning to the hotel between 4.30pm and 5.30pm on Sunday. CLAW BBQ will open its doors to the public at 8.30pm.
From December 15, regular hours will be Sunday to Thursday from 4pm to 3am, and Friday to Saturday from noon to 3am.
Bahrain Bikers chairman Mohamed Juma expressed his excitement over partnering on the opening parade.
“We are proud to support Hilton Bahrain in welcoming CLAW BBQ to the kingdom,” he said.
“Bahrain Bikers have always believed in celebrating community and local experiences, and this opening brings something fresh and energetic to the dining scene.
“We are thrilled to be part of the very first chapter.”
Known for its lively atmosphere, Southern hospitality and bold, crowd-pleasing flavours, CLAW BBQ’s menu features favourites such as slow-cooked BBQ beef ribs, tender Texas-style brisket and an array of seafood including king crab, snow crab, oysters and more.
Guests can also enjoy an impressive selection of burgers, stuffed jalapeños, fried pickles, indulgent desserts, and the brand’s signature tableside guacamole.

The experience is further elevated by a high-energy setting complete with billiards tables, arcade-style games, large sports screens and panoramic skyline views across Manama.
Hilton Bahrain’s general manager Tamer Farouk, who played a key role in bringing the concept to the kingdom after first experiencing it during his time in Doha, said CLAW BBQ perfectly complements the hotel’s dynamic spirit.
“CLAW BBQ is so much more than a restaurant, it is an experience built around food, energy and fun,” said Mr Farouk.
“Its personality fits perfectly with Hilton Bahrain and the vibrant spirit of Juffair.”

Since its debut in Dubai in 2013, CLAW BBQ has become a regional success story, expanding across the GCC and earning multiple awards, including its recent recognition as Favourite North American and Caribbean Restaurant at the 2025 Fact Dining Awards.
The Bahrain opening marks the brand’s latest expansion, with additional locations expected to be announced soon.
