Education Minister Dr Mohammed Mubarak Juma yesterday met the team overseeing the national programme for training and preparing new teachers, from the ministry’s Directorate of Human Resources and Teacher Training.
The programme recently won the Arab Government Excellence Award 2025 for Best Arab Government Project for Education Development.
Dr Juma commended the programme’s impact since its 2022 launch in improving the skills of new national teachers and reiterated the ministry’s commitment to ongoing teacher training and development using the world’s best practices.
