The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today met with Dr Hanan Hassan Balkhi, the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) Regional Director for the Eastern Mediterranean, at Gudaibiya Palace.
The meeting was held on the occasion of Dr Balkhi’s visit to Bahrain’s Southern Governorate, presenting the municipality with the WHO’s accreditation certificate as a "Healthy Governorate .
