Around 100 workers got a New Year surprise as charity champions conducted their first food and water giveaway of 2026 in Tubli.
Volunteer-driven community group Lights of Kindness visited the workers to distribute sweets, fruits and water bottles amongst them.
The event was part of the group’s ‘Reach the Unreached’ initiative, which hopes to help low-income expatriates.
It also provided an opportunity for volunteers and workers to celebrate the new year.
