The Interior Ministry requested that citizens and residents who have any observations regarding the trial operation of the Wireless Emergency Alert System to submit their suggestions and inquiries to the General Directorate of Civil Defence through the National Suggestions and Complaints System “Tawasul”, or via the “Tawasul” application available on the eGovernment App Store.
