His Majesty King Hamad ratified and issued Decree 20 of 2026, approving the agreement between Bahrain and Cyprus regarding the mutual academic recognition of higher education qualifications for admission and continuation of study in higher education institutions, based on the proposal of the Education Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
The agreement was signed in Manama on January 25.
The Education Minister shall implement this decree, which shall take effect following the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
