Bahrain’s Ambassador to India Abdulrahman Al Qaoud, as part of Bahrain’s chairmanship of the 46th session of the GCC, chaired a meeting of GCC ambassadors in New Delhi with India’s Minister of External Affairs Dr Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.
Ambassador Al Qaoud highlighted the strong ties between the GCC and India. He also expressed appreciation for India’s backing of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2817 and its efforts to promote regional and global security and stability.
