Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) announced on Saturday that its teams, with support from the Kuwaiti Army, National Guard and the oil sector, have fully extinguished a fire in fuel storage tanks that lasted for 58 consecutive hours at Kuwait International Airport.

The fire, which erupted early Wednesday morning, was the result of hostile drone strikes targeting the facility. While the attack resulted in significant material damage, including "great damage" to the airport's radar system, authorities confirmed that there were no human casualties or injuries.
