A 31-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly misusing social media.
The Interior Ministry’s Anti-Cybercrime Directorate announced yesterday that the individual had posted content involving a legal violation, and the case has been referred to the Public Prosecution.
The directorate urged citizens and residents to comply with local laws and refrain from misusing social media by posting or sharing content that is offensive or incites actions that undermine security and public order.
