Manama were crowned champions of the Khalid bin Hamad Golden Generation Under-16 Basketball League after defeating Al Ahli 85-52 in their final, played at the Bahrain Basketball Association Arena (BBA) in Um Al Hassam Sports Complex.
The competition was held under the patronage of Supreme Council for Youth and Sports first deputy chairman, General Sports Authority (GSA) chairman, and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
Joining the two finalists as medal winners were Muharraq, who came away with bronze.
GSA monitor and control directorate director Mohamed Shawqi Slais awarded the winners their shield and gold medals.
Also in attendance for the prize presentation were BBA competitions committee chairman
