Higher Education Council secretary general Dr Diana Al Jahromi took part in the Education World Forum 2026, held in the UK under the theme ‘Education for a Shared Future: Peace, Planet, Purpose and Pathways’, with the participation of officials and experts from 125 countries.
Dr Al Jahromi highlighted the achievements of Bahrain’s higher education sector and its institutions across academic, educational and research domains.
On the sidelines of the forum, the secretary general held meetings with representatives of educational institutions and international organisations to discuss opportunities for co-operation and the exchange of expertise in higher education and academic innovation.
