Capital Governor Shaikh Khalid bin Humood bin Abdulla Al Khalifa chaired a meeting of the Capital Governorate Security Committee to review security and service preparations for the Ashoora commemoration with representatives of the security directorates at the Interior Ministry and other concerned entities.
The Governor said the Ashoora commemoration receives the support of His Majesty King Hamad, reflecting the kingdom’s commitment to religious freedoms.
