A MULTI-STOREY building in Juffair was evacuated after a fire broke out in it yesterday, said the Interior Ministry.
Firemen put out the blaze later. Investigations are underway to uncover the cause of the fire.
Firemen also extinguished a blaze in a house in Arad and evacuated its residents. No injuries were reported. Initial information indicated that the cause of the fire was negligence, the ministry said.
