Supreme Council for Health chairman Lieutenant General Dr Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Health yesterday inaugurated the University of Bahrain’s (UoB) Advanced Clinical Simulation Centre.
Lt Gen Dr Shaikh Mohammed described the centre as a strategic investment in national talent and a step towards strengthening the quality of healthcare education and training in Bahrain as well as supporting efforts to deliver sustainable, high-quality healthcare services.
Education Minister and UoB board of trustees chairman Dr Mohammed Mubarak Juma said the centre reflects the university’s commitment to experiential learning and the continuous development of its academic programmes in line with international best practices.
University president said the facility will provide students with access to advanced simulation technologies that support the preparation of highly qualified healthcare professionals.
