A powerful explosion was reported at a factory in Qatar’s Ras Laffan Industrial Area on Sunday.
According to Qatar’s Ministry of Interior, the incident was caused by a technical fault within the facility.
Authorities confirmed that there were no injuries or hazardous leaks.
Residents in Bahrain, particularly in areas such as Riffa and Hamad Town, reported hearing the loud boom, with some describing vibrations that "caused their homes to shake"
